Bruce is on a mission to eat at the most renowned local restaurants and seeks to bring back the art of becoming a food critic. He is passionate about writing for an audience that appreciates reading reviews and believes that it's still important to broadcast a formal style that pays attention to the details of a restaurant when it comes to taste, style, ambiance, and value for money. When he's not eating, writing a rant, or reviewing a restaurant, Bruce spends his free time reading or splurging at the local bookstore.
He is a graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Madison Area Technical College; in May 2022, he obtained his BFA in Writing and Applied Arts at the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay.
